Walking Meet - Giggleswick & Smearsett Scar

The meet will start at the Ashfield car park off either Station Road or Kirkgate & close to Settle Bowling Club. The route will be a route of about 14.3k (8.9 miles) taking in about 417m of ascent.
The proposed is to traverse Giggleswick Scar to the village of Feizor and return over Smearsett Scar, Little Stainforth & Stackhouse but the route could change on the day. Please take a packed lunch and adequate clothing and footwear for the weather conditions. Refreshments afterwards at the Golden Lion in Settle.
