Toller’s Gill is a pleasant crag set in a remote dry valley. In recent years the right hand wall has been developed for sport routes and includes a number at the lower grades. The crag is worth a visit at least once a year and with a bit of local knowledge it should be a good outing. Gemstone wall is a bit fragile and five routes share a lower off so I prefer to top-rope some of these.
Guide Books
While the UKC website has these listed as does the 2020 development guide, the Northern Rock (Wired) guide probably offers the best overview and topo.
Approach: There are two approaches I have used, that described from Parcevall Hall and another from the track at GR (OS OL2 – 066 624 down the track and left up the gill.
