9 of us plus 2 members of the LCC who we made friends with enjoyed a very warm night at Widdop 🙂
We all did the classic “Ordinary Route” with it’s one off stomach traverse, don’t think we’ll encounter a traverse like that anywhere else! 🙂
A nice breeze kept the midges off until the sun started to set and we headed off the the pub for a well needed cold beer!

I’m renaming the traverse “Bum shuffle”. I was determined to even out the wear on my trousers.
Stomach traverse is the way to go Brian. Great evening. And Vicky there are other stomach traverses out there. Quite happy to find one for you if you want to issue a challenge! 😉
