Scar House Reservoir. Pateley Bridge. Nidderdale – Yorks Dales.

Walking commences at 10:00AM so please arrive in good time to park and prepare. The walking route will be about 15k (9.4 miles) taking in about 521m (1,709ft) of ascent but may change on the day should weather conditions dictate.
The proposed route is a clockwise circular route following parts of the Nidderdale Way east & south to Lofthouse via the Dale Edge track and passing the shooting lodge on Thrope Edge. Leaving Lofthouse we'll climb up to Middlesmoor and rejoin the Nidderdale Way, following either 'In Moor Lane' or the track via Netherside Head Farm & Foggyshaw Barn back to the start point.
Refreshments afterwards at The Crown at Middlesmoor HG3 5ST - passed earlier in the day.
