Glencoe Winter Meet (Feb 2027)

This trip is for those wishing for a few days of Winter Climbing or Mountaineering from 7 Feb. 2027
The location is great. It is straight from the door onto the Buachaille for any of the Climbing or just Peak Bagging there. A few miles north on A82 takes you to the parking for Stob Coire nan Lochan. A bit further south is Beinn an Dothaidh and Beinn Udlaidh.
The hut is only 5 miles from the Glencoe Ski Area so other activities can be fitted in if you want. If you need to dine out, the Kings House and the Clachaig Inn are in easy driving distance
We are staying in the Lagabgarbh Hut. (At the foot of the Buachaille.) There is a maximum of 10 places at the hut at £24 pp/night and CMC Members can book directly as affiliates of the BMC. To book the hut go to SMC.org.uk/huts/Lagangarbh. Pay by credit card for one person at a time otherwise it wont work! Places are filling up fast! Alternative accommodation can be found in Glen Coe.
