AGM WEDS 16TH MARCH

The AGM will take place on Wednesday 16 March 2022 at 7.30pm using Zoom. For those members wishing to take part, instructions on how to participate in the meeting will be emailed nearer the time.

All committee places are open for election and if anyone would like to volunteer, please let me know by emailing secretary@cravenmc.co.uk. The situation at present is:

In recent years, the committee has been operating with less than a full complement of positions filled, but with enough to meet the minimum of six, as prescribed by the constitution. However, with four members of the current committee due to step down, we need to fill at least three positions to avoid a winding up of the club. Although this is a threat to the club’s continuing existence, it is also an opportunity for “new blood” to take part in running the club. Serving on the committee doesn’t require a large time commitment, and if you are interested in standing for a post, any member of the current committee would be happy to discuss the roles with you.
